Thank you to FARM (Folk Alliance Region Midwest) for your help and guidance on these terms and conditions!

• Deadline for submission is May 10, 2026

• Notification of artists selected for official showcase will occur on or before May 15th, and the public announcement will be on or around May 25th.

• Artists submit a video of a live performance. Submitted web page links must automatically load a live performance of a single song in its entirety.  Example: http://youtu.be/vWwgrjjIMXA

• Links can be private, however they must be available from submission through the date of public notification.

• Your presence means a great deal to us, and we highly value your involvement in our community! We anticipate that as a Showcase Artists you are present and participating in the majority, if not all, of the conference. 

• All showcase entries must be submitted online. No-mail in or CD submissions will be accepted.

• Selected artists and all band members or backup musicians MUST be registered for the full conference. No exceptions. In the event a selected showcase artist or alternate is unable to attend the conference, or all members of the act are not registered by May 16th, an alternate artist will be selected.

• By submitting and being selected for a showcase, you agree that FARM and HooMac may use your photo, video and songs in advertising for the conference.

• Selected artists may be asked to submit an MP3 of one of their songs to FARM and HooMac, which will be used to populate a Sound Cloud playlist on our website.

• By submitting showcase entries you indicate your understanding and agreement to the terms listed above.

Remember, by submitting for Private showcases you also will be considered for the Official showcase artist spots, if they are available.
